More like, as Takashi Miike wills it, amirite people? Anyhoo, just mentioning the name Miike bellows a loud screech and urge of blood-thirst in a multitude and meteoric level of epicness. Running out of vocabulary is not in our play when composing this post, but when it comes to the iconic Japanese Tarantino that defines a messy and gritty set-pieces in his flick like Crows and Audition, you might wanna check it out at least once in your life, it’s nothing short of amazing.
Just like the Crows movies, As The God Wills was based on the manga series “Kamisama No Iu Toori” by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Akeji Fujimura which stood on its ground for as long as from 2011 to 2012. Miike definitely has a certain style when making his movies, the same can be said with numerous big-time directors in both east and west. His record shows, that he can do a variety of stunning and bloody shots which are at times unnecessary and superlative but managed to capture the attention of the audiences.
Enticed? Such love, come and band to watch the movie together at CNMX 1003 from 8.30 p.m. and onwards.
