After our last activity with playing video games and cardfight, we’ll be on the roll with our usual weekly anime screening, as in the word usual, let’s make it a staple weekly screening ya? But, as the fallacy of our system in the last trimester, we won’t be showcasing any anime that’s produced in series anymore, instead we’ll be airing an anime movie instead because it’ll be much easier to follow up for every week and you guys won’t be leaving us early so that you can watch the rest in your PC. (How could you guys.. ;_;)
For the first screening in this trimester, we’ll be watching a spectacular movie entitled, Children Who Chase Lost Voices (星を追う子ども Hoshi o Ou Kodomo, lit. “Children Who Chase Stars”). This is an exemplary if Makoto Shinkai and Hayao Miyazaki’s work being ripped-off is conjoined to make a compound.
Talking about Makoto Shinkai’s work, this is the next anime in line after the 5 wallpapers cm per second that was infamous for its beautiful scenery and quirky dialogues between characters. What can we learn from this? Ufotable needs to stop with their CG’s, ehh~. Anyway, let’s get-together and watch this glittery anime with a huge projector so that you can appreciate the shiny light particles that Shinkai were trying so hard to accentuate to his fans, I mean, jeez~ look at the screenshots. This man is indubitably the Michael Bay of light particles, even Nintendo would try to make a cease to desist letter to whomever is in charge for the effects.
